I enjoyed this book. I chose to read and review it because the description said it was based on history. I guess it is very loosely true but not exactly what I was expecting.
The story flowed fairly well and the characters were fairly well developed. The editing was done very well, there were no distracting errors which can ruin a perfectly good story. I did get a little bogged down towards the end. It was only semi-believable.
I give this a solid 3 out of 5 stars. It really should be 3.5 but most places don't allow for an extra half-star.
I would recommend this book to those who enjoy historical fiction or stories about horses. It is listed as Christian but I would only claim it as a clean book. No bad language or sexual content.
